Tracey Ferguson Knight, Principal
In Tracey’s over 29 years in treasury and FinTech, she has guided thousands of companies through technology adoption. Experienced as a treasury practitioner, vendor, and consultant, Tracey brings a rare wealth of knowledge and has applied that expertise to develop the proven ERR NOT™ methodology for selecting cloud solutions.
Tracey has held progressive roles in treasury and fintech, most recently as VP of Client Success at Trovata. Previously, she worked at well-respected industry vendors such as HighRadius, ION Treasury, Reval, Wall Street Systems, Thompson Reuters, and Selkirk Financial Technologies.
A thought leader, keynote speaker, and FinTech evangelist, Tracey speaks at many industry events promoting the myriad benefits of technology to advance treasury as a strategic partner to the business and to encourage our professionals to embrace technology.
A graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Finance, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family and church in Dallas, Texas.
Tim Schultz, Principal
Tim has over 15 years of experience performing FP&A, treasury management, and accounting. Prior to launching Real Treasury with Tracey, Tim was a treasury practitioner at Carter Funds, where through his leadership, he implemented Yardi ERP with over 40 properties, implemented a treasury management system, and was involved in transactions over $3B of Assets Under Management (AUM).
Tim led the charge of insourcing investor relations for Carter Exchange, implementing an investor portal and bank connectivity to service over 2,000 investors.
A graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin with a BS in Accounting, he is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and a Certified Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Professional (FPAC). He also serves as Treasurer at Messiah Lutheran Church & Preschool in Tampa, Florida.
